In 2023, Snack Town Street Fair drew an impressive crowd of approximately 12,000 attendees from all over. The event showcased 246 unique vendors from 6+ states.   • To pay for your space(s) by credit card, you must call the office to make a payment. The phone number can be found on the Contact Us page.

    Vendors will receive an invoice once application is received.

    Vendors will not receive a space until after payment is secured.

    Vendor packets with all information regarding the event will be sent out at least two weeks before the event.

    Set-up begins at 6:00am on the day of the event. All vendors must be torn down by 6:00pm.

  • How do I become a vendor?

    Apply online. After your application is received, the Hanover Chamber will send you an invoice. Payment is needed to secure your space. Information on placement will be sent in a vendor information packet at least two weeks before the event.

    Who is a food vendor?

    Any vendor with a product that can be consumed, regardless of packaging.

    Is there a special rate for a non-profit organization?

    No, we do not offer a special rate for non-profit organizations at this time.

    What is the size of the booth space?

    One booth space is 10 feet by 10 feet. If your setup is larger than 10 feet by 10 feet, you will be required to purchase a second booth space. We are unable to make accommodations for setups larger than 10 feet by 10 feet with only 1 booth space.

    What happens if it rains the day of the event?

    Snack Town Street Fair is a rain or shine event.

    What is a vendor packet? When will I receive my vendor packet?

    The vendor packet will contain all important information pertaining to participating as a vendor, including your booth space number. Vendor packets will be delivered no less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

    Additionally:

    New regulations put forth by Hanover Fire and Rescue require additional space for all vendors using propane and/or grills. More details to come on how to secure your space as a food vendor requiring propane and/or grills.

  • Display spaces are 10’ x 10'. If your tent or trailer is larger than that size, you will need to purchase two spaces. Spaces are in the street - not on the sidewalk.

    The accepted applicant must provide his/her own booth, table, or display. Only one vendor/business is allowed per space. For the comfort of all our visitors, everyone representing your organization will be required to stay within the reserved space. Aggressive soliciting is not permitted.

    Be prepared for an outdoor event, including heat and fluctuating weather. Event will be held rain or shine. We highly recommend you bring weights to hold down your tent in case of windy weather and plenty of water to stay hydrated.

    Electricity will not be provided. Generator exhaust and/or noise should not interfere with other vendors or overall street fair. Issues regarding generators will be dealt with at the discretion of Street Fair staff. Failure to comply may result in generator and/or vendor removal from Street Fair.

    Accepted applicants will receive specific information regarding designated booth location, designated parking, and setup information at least two weeks before the event.

    Vendors may not resell their booth and will be barred from future festivals for doing so.

  • Any cancellations made 21 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the Snack Town Street Fair will not receive a refund.
