What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We have two convenient Park and Ride locations sponsored by Certified CIO:
Ollies’ Parking Lot - 1019 Baltimore Street
Tractor Supply Company - 1150 Carlisle Street
Service will begin at 8 am and run every 15 minutes. The last downtown departure time will be 4 pm.
How do I become a vendor?
Apply online on the VENDOR page. After your application is received the Hanover Chamber will send you an invoice. Payment is needed to secure your space. Information on placement will be sent at least two weeks before the event.
Who is a food vendor?
Any vendor with a product that can be consumed onsite regardless of packaging.
Can a refund be issued for vendors?
Yes, we can issue a refund if necessary if you are unable to attend the event as a vendor. However, please note that an administrative fee of $25 will not be included in your refund. Thank you for understanding!
Will there be seating at the event?
No, seating is not provided. Hanover Borough has a few benches in downtown Hanover, but attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the entertainment, great food, and fun!
Is this event free?
Yes! This event is free and open to the public.
What happens if it rains?
Our event will take place rain or shine from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The festival is open to the public and patrons of all ages!
Can I bring my pet to the event?
We do not encourage pets at our event as the crowds can be quite overwhelming. The temperature may not be suitable for pets for an extended period of time. We ask that you please leave your pets at home. ADA registered service animals are allowed.
Can I smoke during the event?
Smoking, vaping, etc. is not allowed inside the event. Please be respectful of others and smoke outside of the Street Fair.
